Prepared the surface relevant regulable DNA toroids; with AFM technique, studied the behavior of DNA-dopamine complex in solution and on the liquid-solid interface;
Demonstrated the low temperature induced disassembly of the filaments consisting of DNA and RecA recombinase on the mica surface by AFM imaging;
Examined the inhibition of cationic polyelectrolyte (i.e., poly-L-lysine) on the RecA-DNA filaments formation to understand the reaction mechanism.
